Based on pre-tested constructs, a survey questionnaire was created. The participants in this study were Bangladeshi university students. This study aims to examine the impact of creativity and innovation on students' intentions toward online entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, developing students' entrepreneurial intentions have received a lot of attention because of the country's current employment predicament and shifting labor market. K E Y W O R D S antecedents, memorable tourism experience, outcomes, positive psychology, systematic review This study serves as a foundation for researchers and provides a holistic understanding of memorable tourism experience. We identify several gaps in the literature and propose the following seven recommendations for future research: (1) caution when using the memorable tourism experience scale (2) the need for cross-cultural studies (3) positive and negative dimensions in conceptualizing memorable tourism experience (4) overcoming the limitations of self-report measures (5) engaging in mixed methods research (6) integrating suppliers' perspectives and (7) combining theories, concepts, and disciplines. Our review indicates that research in this field has a geographical bias, largely neglects negative experiences, and mainly employs quantitative methods. Adopting state-of-the art practices, this study systematically reviews, synthesizes, and integrates the extant body of knowledge across multiple literature streams on memorable tourism experience. The paper is concluded by highlighting the importance of the practical significance for enterprises to effectively carry out digital transformation and further achieve organizational resilience.Ī decade of research has produced substantial results but the theorization of memorable tourism experience, often drawing on positive and environmental psychology, remains fuzzy and fragmented. Further qualitative comparative analysis also shows that there are three types of configurations for achieving organizational resilience: digital transformation and exploitative innovation, digital transformation and exploratory innovation, and exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation. Finally, both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation of enterprises have a positive impact on organizational resilience, and there is a complementary relationship between exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation. Additionally, digital transformation has a positive impact on the organizational resilience of enterprises mediated by both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation. The results show that the digital transformation of enterprises helps to improve organizational resilience. By performing a questionnaire investigation with 339 Chinese enterprises, this study adopted both a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore the relationships among digital transformation, ambidextrous innovation, and organizational resilience. Based on the perspective of dynamic capacity and the theoretical path of “digital transformation-ambidextrous innovation-organizational resilience”, this study constructs a theoretical model to explore a path where digital transformation affects both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation, and further affects the organizational resilience of enterprises. However, the extant literature focuses on the concepts and antecedents of digital transformation and the outcomes of digital transformation, lacking of exploring the effect mechanism of digital transformation of enterprises on organizational resilience. Digital transformation has become a critical path for enterprises to improve organizational resilience, and has been widely considered by both academia and business practice.
